having guys like McCovey, Felipe Alou, Cepeda, Snow and even Krukow and Kuiper. They can mentor the young guys and talk to players like Sandoval to help them understand what is going on - e.g., that finding a position is part of the whole deal. And setting a good tone in the club house.

I am enjoying this team more than any Giants team in years because they have got good young players coming along and they're building it the right way.
