The word was that we had some money to spend this year, but essentially held onto it. If Sabes is allowed to roll that dough over to next year, as far as I'm concerned we simply need a few things to happen:

-sign 2 relievers

-sign 2 center of the lineup bats.

Ok, that's huge, but even if we signed 1 solid 3 or 4 hitter, this team could contend in the west with this rotation...just need to make sure every lead after the 6th gets converted...
