You may be right. At 2B he'd have to compete immediately with Frandsen. It doesn't look like Ochoa is a long-term solution at SS, but it's still too early to say for sure. You would hope there would be one good choice for SS between Ochoa, Burriss, Noonan, Wald and Culberson. Noonan (and maybe now Burriss) do, however, seem more likely to end up at 2B. And how about Matt Downs? Is he MLB material at 2B. Oh, and then there's Velez.
