Blalock has issues being injury prone. He may be awful away from home, but that wouldn't matter too much because he would be changing leagues anyway. But he may be worth taking a look at since he's only 27 years old and the Giants could use a power hitting lefthanded 3rd baseman who can hit shots into McCovey Cove.. But please don't give up a top minor league prospect for him!
