That's not too bad if the Brewers think he can help their team. If they're going to trade Randy Winn, I'd bet they do eat some of that contract.

General manager Brian Sabean has acknowledged that he wants to move his potential free agents to contenders. Durham is in the final season of a two-year, $14.5 million contract. If Sabean can deal him, he can save some or all of the roughly $3 million left on Durham's contract.
